I want to devote this article to the delicious cuisine of Italy, and in particular to the national dish - Spaghetti Carbonara. Speaking of Italy, Rome, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, Venice, gondoliers immediately come to mind. And of course, the "highlight" of the national cuisine - pizza, paella, pasta, lasagna and much more. We all know how incredibly diverse and delicious Italian cuisine is. There are hundreds of pasta recipes alone, although perhaps even thousands. One of the most common types of them is the famous spaghetti carbonara.

For many, this particular type of food is the most delicious, and at the same time quick to prepare. It is Carbonaru - ordinary boiled pasta with various additives such as olive oil, bacon (ham), cheese, eggs, and sometimes cream. Actually, under the name carbonaro, I mean the sauce or gravy with which the boiled pasta is filled. The most important thing in cooking is not to overexpose the sauce. He should gradually reach the spaghetti themselves, feeding on their heat.

In the classic national Italian Carbonara, special bacon is used - guanchiale, and cheese - parmesan or pecorino romanno (cheese made from sheep's milk). However, in our country, these products can be replaced with ordinary ham and Russian cheese.
