Ingredients:
- Baked milk - 400 ml
- Millet - 150 g
- Pumpkin - 250 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons or to taste
Cooking pumpkin porridge with millet
1. Peel the pumpkin, wash, cut into cubes, cover with drinking water and boil for 15 minutes. Then tip it over onto a sieve to drain all the liquid. Transfer the vegetable back to the saucepan and use a crush or blender to grind.
2. Sort out the millet, choosing the bad grains. Place in a strainer and wash.
3. Transfer it to a saucepan, cover with water in a 1: 2 ratio and boil for about 15 minutes.
Note: if the pumpkin or millet is slightly undercooked, do not worry, the products will come to readiness during the stewing.
4. Now combine the pumpkin mass, boiled millet and sugar in one saucepan.
5. Pour milk over everything.
