I propose to cook tender steamed pork chops, which can be attributed to dietary and baby food. The dish is one of the simplest and does not require any extra abilities. Step-by-step recipe with a photo. Video recipe.
The most delicate, fragrant steamed pork chop will appeal to absolutely everyone and even sophisticated chefs. Steamed dishes are healthier than skillets in fat. In addition, unlike the fried counterpart, which shrinks and shrinks during frying in a pan, steamed chops are also very appetizing in appearance. And to make the ready meal tastier, cover the sliced meat with mustard marinade. Although any products from wine to sour cream can be used as a marinade. Such pork turns out to be very tender, tasty, just melting in the mouth, and in appearance presentable. If the meat is beaten off and immediately placed in a double boiler or sent to a steam bath, then the final dish will turn out to be edible, even quite tasty, but not beautiful. And the mustard marinade gives the meat a beautiful hue.
It should be noted that pork is very healthy because contains a lot of protein and vitamins, thanks to this it is nutritious and easy to prepare. Although not only pork is prepared according to this recipe, it can be replaced with any other type of meat: beef, lamb or chicken. For chicken, you need to adjust the cooking time as her meat is more tender and cooks faster.
