The muffins are very tasty with a beautiful color (depending on which jam you take) and a delicate structure. You can cook from this dough both portioned muffins and one pie. In the latter case, increase the cooking time by 10-15 minutes.
As a rule, they take jam or pitted preserves for the pie, but you can also take grated berry or fruit puree that was stored in your freezer. In this case, the amount of sugar will need to be doubled.

- Flour - 1, 5 tbsp.
- Water - 150 ml
- Liquid jam - 100 ml
- Sugar - 0.5 tbsp.
- Soda - 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml

1. For cooking, we took live strawberry jam - grated berries with sugar without cooking. As a result, the pastries turned out to be a bright crimson color. Look for the jam that you love the most. After all, someone loves cherry jam, and someone cannot imagine life without apricot jam. Combine jam, water and soda in a bowl.
2. Mix the mixture well. Leave the jam for 15 minutes for the soda to react. The jam should turn slightly white.
3. Now you can add the sifted flour, sugar and vegetable oil.
4. Mix well and get a rather thick dough. As seen in the photo.
5. Put the dough in muffin tins, filling them 2/3 of the volume, as the pastry rises.
6. We bake muffins in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
