I present another wonderful recipe for lush and delicious veal cutlets with oatmeal in tomato. Due to the fact that instead of white bread, which is added to classic cutlets, oatmeal is added, they turn out to be soft, tender and satisfying. Cutlets are more juicy and fluffy, they will retain their softness and juiciness longer, unlike ordinary cutlets with bread. Another recipe is suitable for those who eat little bread and love dishes with oatmeal. Instead of oatmeal, it is permissible to use different boiled cereals: rice, buckwheat, bulgur, couscous, quinoa.

For juiciness and aroma of products, onions are added to the minced meat. Although you can add any other juicy vegetables to the minced meat: zucchini, cabbage, carrots, potatoes. The recipe uses minced veal, but any other will do: chicken, pork, or mixed. Another distinctive feature of this recipe is that the cutlets are stewed in tomato after roasting. Gravy impregnates them and makes them more tender. In addition, cutlets in tomato sauce are combined with almost any side dish: rice, mashed potatoes, spaghetti. The recipe itself is prepared very quickly. It can be done even after work, because it practically does not take a lot of time. The main thing is to have thawed meat or minced meat.
