Our family is very fond of pizza, and most often we cook or buy a huge family pizza with different fillings. But recently we tried mini pizzas on puff pastry. I liked it very much. There are just a lot of filling options for such a pizza - chicken, sausages, tomatoes, corn, mushrooms, herbs, ham, corn, pineapples and much more. This pizza option is very convenient to take with you on the road for a walk or a picnic. And at home it is also convenient to eat, and most importantly, you can make a different filling for each piece, so that everyone can taste it.
The Italian yeast-based pizza has become an international dish for a long time. They cook it in restaurants, cafes, and at home. If you want pizza, and there is a minimum of time and food, cook it on puff pastry with tomatoes and cheese. It will turn out to be simple and tasty. Basil in such a duet will be very useful. We will add other ingredients to the tomatoes, which we are looking at in the list.

Ingredients:
- Yeast dough - 1 pack
- Hard cheese - 150 g
- Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- Tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.
- Boiled chicken fillet - 200 g
- Ketchup or tomato sauce - 50 g
- Canned sweet corn - 1/2 can

First thing you need to do is defrost the puff pastry. Then roll it into a layer 2-3 mm thick. Now we cut the dough into pieces. Choose the size of the squares or triangles yourself.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Grease each piece of dough with ketchup or tomato sauce. You can make a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise. The main thing is not to overdo it. There shouldn't be a lot of sauce.
Put tomato halves on each piece of dough.
On top of the tomatoes, lay out the chicken fillet, disassembled into pieces or cut into cubes. Cut the bell peppers into cubes and put them on the pizzas as well.
Add 1 tsp to the filling. corn.
And the final touch is cheese. A lot of cheese, a lot of cheese. The more, the tastier. Well, of course, in moderation.
We send pizzas to the oven heated to 220 degrees. We bake for 25-30 minutes. We put the finished pizzas on a dish, take out Coca-Cola or Fanta and sit down to eat while the second portion is being prepared.
One sheet of dough weighing 500 g made 18 mini pizzas. It was enough for everyone to have a hearty snack.
