- Sugar - 5 tablespoons or to taste
- Sour cream - 250 l
- Cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Baking soda - 1 tsp without top
Step by step preparation of chocolate sour cream:
1. Combine semolina with sour cream and stir well. It is necessary that the cereal is completely saturated with sour cream.
2. Pour cocoa powder into the dough. Stir and leave to infuse for half an hour so that the semolina swells and doubles in volume.
3. Combine eggs with sugar in a separate container and beat well with a mixer until a lemon-colored air mass is formed.
4. Combine chocolate dough and beaten eggs. Mix well. Add baking soda and stir again. Add soda not in one lump, but spray it over the entire mass. It should be added to the dough in the last one very much before baking.
5. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour out the dough. The shape can be different: glass, ceramic or ordinary cast iron frying pan without a handle. Also, the product can be baked in small portioned muffin tins.
6. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the sour cream for 40 minutes. Check the readiness with a wooden stick, pierce the product with it, it should be dry without sticking dough. If lumps of dough remain on it, continue baking the product for another 5 minutes and check readiness again.
Remove the finished baked goods from the mold after cooling, because when hot, it is very fragile and can break. Sprinkle it with powdered sugar or, if desired, brush with cream and serve to the dessert table.
