I am sharing a recipe for a very simple and fresh salad. Surely many people do not imagine the combination of products such as fried bell peppers and boiled corn. However, this is an interesting version of the salad. And its uniqueness is that the salad can be warm, where fried peppers and boiled corn are still hot. Or cold, when food after heat treatment is chilled in the refrigerator. In addition, variability is acceptable in the salad. For example, instead of frying peppers and boiling corn, bake the food in the oven. This will make the salad even tastier and healthier. I do not recommend using canned corn for the dish, because the salad will be different. For a snack, choose sugar corn, if you get unleavened, then add a little sugar to the dish.
I dressed the salad with ordinary vegetable oil. But it can be replaced with low fat yogurt or olive oil. Or you can prepare a dressing from vegetable oil whipped with a mixer with mustard and yolk. The salad is very versatile, so you can experiment with ingredients and sauces. You can serve the dish as an independent dish, because it is very nutritious and satisfying. It can also be served with meat or fish steaks. It looks great on a festive table.

Ingredients:
- Tomatoes - 1 pc.
- Salt - a pinch
- Sweet bell pepper - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - for frying peppers and salad dressing
- Boiled corn - 1 pc.
- Cucumbers - 1 pc.
- Greens (any) - several branches
Step-by-step preparation of a salad with corn and fried pepper, a recipe with a photo:
1. Wash and dry sweet bell peppers. Cut off the ponytails and clean out the baffled seeds inside. Cut the fruit into pieces of any size: strips or cubes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add pepper.
3. Fry it over medium heat until golden brown on all sides. Adjust the degree of cooking yourself.
4. Pre-boil the corn and cool. Cut the grains from the head of cabbage.
5. Wash cucumbers, dry and cut into thin 3 mm half rings.
6. Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into slices.
7. Finely chop the washed and dried greens.
8. Put all the food in a bowl, season with salt and cover with vegetable oil.
9. Toss the corn and roasted pepper salad and serve.
