So, meat with potatoes is cooked in a frying pan on the stove, in a cast iron on a fire, in a cauldron or portioned pots in the oven. Any of these methods will not take much time to cook, while the food will turn out to be very tasty.
For cooking, you can use any meat to your taste. Chicken fillet, beef or pork pulp, rabbit meat, turkey meat are suitable, chicken ventricles or heart will also perfectly harmonize, and for lovers of sweet and sour tastes, you can add prunes. In addition, potatoes with meat can be supplemented with all sorts of additional ingredients. Usually, these are onions, carrots, bell peppers, garlic, mushrooms, herbs and spices.
As for the gravy, there is a lot of choice here. Cooking potato stew
1. Peel the meat from films and fat, wash, dry and cut into medium-sized pieces. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil until cola and put the meat to fry.
