- Yeast dough - 500 g
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 30 g
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- Plums - 500 g
Step by step preparation of pies with plums, recipe with photo:
1. Sort the plums by sorting wrinkled, spoiled and rotten ones. Wash selected fruits under running water and dry with a towel. Cut the berry in half and remove the pit. Cut the plum into 4-6 pieces.
2. Place the pan on the stove, add the butter and melt.
3. Send the plums to the skillet, season with sugar and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
