  2. Clementines with caramel … They will need 10 pieces, which will need to be washed and peeled (remove the peel and seeds). Then cut all the fruit into 2 pieces across and place in one layer in a fireproof glass container. Then fry unrefined cane sugar (200 g) in a frying pan until golden brown. When it starts to darken, slowly water it with fruit juice. Next, stir the mass with a spoon, not letting it burn, and pull out long caramels from it. They need to decorate clementines laid out in advance in a special form, which must be baked for 15 minutes in the oven.
  3. Citrus smoothie … Peel 3 main fruits, 2 limes, 1 grapefruit and 2 carrots (to counter the sour taste). Now rinse them with cool water, cut into circles and place them in a blender bowl. Beat all the ingredients until the small lumps are completely dissolved, the gruel should be whole, without impurities. If the device grinds slowly, you can add a little water. Pour the finished drink into glasses, decorate with lemon slices and insert cocktail sticks into it. This is a great option for the summer when you need to cheer up and cool down.
  4. Cake … Peel three clementines and beat with a blender. Now break 5 eggs and repeat with them the same as with fruits, slowly introducing sugar (120 g) into the bowl. Now combine both ingredients and add melted butter (80 g), oat flour (1 cup), baking powder (1.5 tsp). As a result, you should have a mass that resembles semolina in consistency. If it is thick, then add cream, and in the case of a liquid composition, add more flour. Next, grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and fill with dough. Put it in the oven for 30-45 minutes, so that a golden crust appears and the cake is baked. Finally, remove it, cool, cut into two cakes and soak in melted dark chocolate. Pour the baking on top with it, and if you also sprinkle it with coconut, it will turn out very beautifully.
  5. Jam … Wash 2 kg of fruit, pat dry and peel. Then cover them with sugar (200 g) and let stand for 3 hours. After the time has elapsed, add a little water, no more than 300 ml, and put the saucepan on low heat. Keep the clementines on it for 40-60 minutes, stirring regularly to avoid burning. As a result, they should start up the juice, and when this happens, turn on the gas at full power and bring the mass to a boil. Then, without waiting for it to cool, pour it into sterilized jars, which you need to roll up and put in a dark, cool place.
