Roast with ribs, mushrooms and potatoes is a classic homemade hearty and tasty dish. The softest ribs that melt in your mouth, spicy mushrooms, tender potatoes in their own juice, this is a familiar combination of products. At the same time, the food is easy to prepare and very tasty. And having eaten a portion of it at lunch, nothing else is needed. It is extremely satisfying and nutritious. This dish can be the main one for a family dinner, and for a picnic and even a gala reception.
To prepare this dish, you will need a minimum set of utensils and tools. Usually the dish is stewed in a saucepan or deep frying pan. But if you have a multicooker, you can use this device. As the main ingredients of the recipe, like meat, I recommend using pork ribs for stewing. But the shoulder and neck of pork carcasses, lamb shoulder and the back of beef are also popular. And lovers of light meals can take chicken, veal or rabbit. Peas or cabbage are often added to this dish, supplemented with carrots and sauces. If you want to add herbs, then take parsley, dill or basil. As spices, chefs advise to put, in addition to salt and pepper, seeds of mustard, oregano, cloves, coriander, marjoram, nutmeg, bay leaf, caraway seeds, star anise, garlic. 1. Wash the pork ribs, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into bones. Peel the onions, rinse and chop into half rings.
