Pasta with minced meat and tomato paste is a real classic, time-tested, which will never become obsolete and will remain loved by many. The dish does not get boring, even if it is cooked regularly. Because it is simple in execution, tasty, satisfying, nutritious, aromatic and appetizing!
Pasta meat sauce will add additional satiety, and taste will delight all fans of pasta. This dish is somewhat similar to pasta with bolognese sauce, but it is much faster and easier to prepare. Today I made it from minced pork, although you can use regular minced meat of any other type of meat. If you don't have a long pasta on hand, you can replace it with any other type of short pasta. The dish goes well with a glass of red wine.

Step-by-step preparation of pasta with meat tomato sauce, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the meat, dry it with a paper towel and cut into small pieces. The size of the slices can be any size, depending on your preference.
2. Peel the onions and garlic, wash and chop finely.
3. Wash the tomato, dry it with a paper towel and chop it finely. All products must be cut to the same size.
4. In a skillet in vegetable oil, fry the meat over medium heat. Stir it occasionally. It cooks very quickly, so make sure that the pork does not dry out.
5. In another skillet or in a skillet after the meat, sauté the onion and garlic until transparent.
6. Place the tomatoes in a heated, empty skillet and simmer for 5 minutes. Press down on the tomatoes lightly with a spatula to soften and let the juice out.
7. In one skillet, combine fried meat, onions, garlic and tomatoes. Season with salt, black pepper and any spices to taste. Heat medium-high and simmer the sauce, covered, for 5 minutes.
8. Simultaneously with the preparation of the sauce, boil the spaghetti. Pour water into a saucepan, salt and boil. Dip the pasta and cook after boiling until tender. The cooking time is indicated on the manufacturer's packaging. Put the finished pasta on a serving plate and top with the meat tomato sauce. Eat hot food immediately after cooking.
