- White cabbage - 400 g
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Milk sausage - 350 g
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Potatoes - 2-3 pcs.
- Tomato juice - 200 ml
- Carrots - 1 pc.
Step by step cooking stewed cabbage with sausage and potatoes, recipe with photo:
1. Wash and dry white cabbage with a paper towel. If there are dirty inflorescences on the head of cabbage, remove them. Then chop the cabbage into thin strips. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat well and send to the pan. Fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until light golden brown.
