- Apples - 1 pc. big size
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Smoked sausage - 100 g

Step by step cooking stewed cabbage with smoked sausage and apples, recipe with photo:
1. Remove the top leaves from the head of cabbage. Wash the fruit, dry and chop into thin strips.
2. Wash the apple, dry it, remove the core and cut into thin strips.
Cut the smoked sausage into strips.
3. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat. Add the cabbage, season with salt, stir, cover the skillet and turn on low heat. There will be a lot of cabbage, but don't worry, because in the course of heat treatment, it will decrease by 2 times.
