Cooking small fried crucian carp
1. Prepare the seasoning to sprinkle on the fish. To do this, in a shallow bowl, mix salt, ground pepper and seasoning for fish. You can add any of your favorite spices, herbs and spices if you wish.
2. Place the carp in a sieve, which is placed under running water. Use a knife to cut open the belly and remove the insides along with the gills. Rinse the fish and dry with a paper towel. Otherwise, when wet fish and hot oil combine, a lot of splashes will form, which will stain the kitchen and can burn you.
