Fried crucian carp in sour cream is a truly magnificent dish. Try it and you won't regret it. Recipe with step by step photos.
I also remember from childhood the taste of crucian carp with sour cream. The parents had their own house in the village next to the headquarters. And so, when we were children, we went fishing and brought home quite a few crucians. We all cleaned them as a family, some were sent to refrigerators (if we could not eat them at a time), and some were immediately fried. And we were waiting for the cherished words from mom - go to the table. This memory is so vivid that the smell of crucians is worth it). I don’t know about you, but for me the crucian carp was and remains the most beloved fish.
I will share with you a recipe for how my mother fried carp. The taste of childhood is the brightest! In general, the fish turns out incredible! Onions and other additives are not appropriate for this dish. Only fish, sour cream and hard rock - spices of your choice - curry, dill, lemon juice, caraway seeds, laurel and more.
