Crucian carp is a delicious river fish with a delicate sweet aftertaste. They can be baked, stewed, boiled, but fried are the most delicious! After all, there is nothing tastier than crispy fish dishes with a golden crust. Therefore, I am sharing a recipe for how to cook fried crucian carp in a pan. Children are very fond of this dish, but adults do not really like this variety, because you have to choose a lot of small bones, which is typical for crucian carp. But, despite such a slight inconvenience, many people love, buy and cook this fish.
The recipe itself is very simple and any novice cook, a bachelor man and even a child can handle it. The hardest part is to clean the carcass. But, in order not to engage in such work, when buying it, ask the seller to gut and clean the carp. For a symbolic amount of money, they provide such a service. And so that the fried crucian carp has a crispy golden crust, the fish can be rolled in flour or semolina. Although even without breading, the carcass will be tasty and crispy.
