- Water - 1 tbsp.
- Salmon - 2 pieces
- Lemon - 1/2 pc.
- Dill - a few twigs

Step-by-step cooking of salmon with rice in the oven
1. Before cooking salmon with rice in the oven, marinate fish steaks. To do this, stir the fish into a deep plate. Remove the zest from half of the lemon and squeeze the juice. Place both ingredients together with the flavorings on the salmon and mix well.
2. Prepare baking dishes. It can be one wide form or several small ones for serving dishes in portions. Put well washed rice on the bottom. If black or brown varieties are used, then they must first be steamed in boiling water so that they are cooked in the oven on time.
