Add another 250 ml of water, a pinch of salt and thoroughly beat the components with a blender. The liquid is filtered through several layers of gauze. A separate bowl is oiled and the dough is transferred there. It should be wrapped with cling film and placed in a warm place for two hours. Meanwhile, 200 grams of dried cranberries are poured with boiling water for 15 minutes, then thrown back on a sieve and dried. 100 grams of almond petals are lightly fried in a pan until golden brown. The present dough is divided into 3-4 parts (depending on the baking dish), rounded and covered with cling film again for 10 minutes. Then the dough pieces are rolled into thin layers and smeared with melted butter. Sprinkle on top with cranberries, nutmeg and almond petals. Roll the dough into rolls, cover with foil and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then they are cut lengthwise, stepping back a few centimeters from the beginning. One half of the roll is twisted in a spiral to the beginning, and the second is lifted and laid on top of the first. The cakes are placed in baking tins and left to rise for 20 minutes. The oven is heated to 200 degrees. The cakes should be baked for about 10 minutes, then the temperature is reduced by 20 degrees, and the molds are covered with foil for 7-10 minutes. Then it is removed and baked for another 15 minutes. Ready-made cakes are sprinkled with powdered sugar and served.
  5. Smoothie with cottage cheese … 100 grams of chopped bananas and 100 grams of low-fat cottage cheese are placed in a blender bowl. Then add a teaspoon of honey (as much as possible), 50 ml of sunflower milk and a tablespoon of oatmeal. Beat the ingredients thoroughly. Smoothie comes out very nutritious and healthy. Garnish with banana slices and mint petals. It's best to drink it after strength training.
