Step by step cooking omelet with mushrooms - recipe for a hearty breakfast
1. Omelet is a dish that cooks pretty quickly, so we will prepare everything we need in advance so that everything is at hand. Mushrooms should be rinsed under running water, if necessary, cleaned of visible dirt and cut into thin slices. Wash the onion feathers and chop them finely. Grind hard cheese on a coarse grater.
2. Break the eggs, add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Use a fork or whisk to beat the eggs until light foam. If you want the omelet to be more tender, add a couple of tablespoons of milk or one spoonful of sour cream to the eggs.
4. In a preheated pan in a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the mushrooms. You can also fry one small onion additionally. There should be a minimum of oil for frying, so as not to make the dish too greasy.
5. When the mushrooms are browned, fill them with eggs.
6. On low heat, bring the omelet to readiness.
7. Sprinkle another hot omelet with chopped herbs and grated cheese.
8. We put the dish on a plate, folding the omelette in half - this way the cheese will melt faster - and invite everyone to have breakfast.
