  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Prunes - 100 g
  • Bay leaf - 3 pcs.

1. Wash the meat and dry it with a paper towel. Cut the vein film and cut it into medium sized pieces. Put the pan on the stove, add vegetable oil and heat well.
