Ingredients:
- Pasta - 200 g
- Meat - 500 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Milk - 250 ml
- Flour - 1, 5 tablespoons
- Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
- Hard cheese - 100 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Spices and spices (ground nutmeg, ginger powder, ground cinnamon, coriander, suneli hops, paprika) - to taste
Step by step cooking pasta with minced meat:
1. You can choose any meat for the recipe to your taste. If you like fatty meals, use pork, prefer less high-calorie - veal or chicken. So, clean the finished meat from the film, cut off excess fat and remove the veins. Wash and pat dry with a paper towel. Install the meat grinder with the middle wire rack and twist it.
2. Peel onions, wash and twist through a meat grinder.
3. Combine the twisted minced meat with the onion.
4. Stir the minced meat well. Season it with salt and ground pepper.
5. Place the pan on the stove, turn on high heat and heat. Put the minced meat and fry it over high heat for about 5-7 minutes so that it grabs with a crust. Season it with spices to taste (ground nutmeg, ginger powder, ground cinnamon, coriander, suneli hops, paprika, etc.). Also add tomato paste, stir and simmer over low heat, covered with lid, for 5 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, boil the pasta. Boil water, add a pinch of salt and pour in 1 tbsp. vegetable oil so that the pasta does not stick together during cooking. Although if you have them of high quality, from durum wheat, then oil may not be needed. Cook the pasta 1 minute less than what is written on the manufacturer's packaging, i.e. bring them to the state of al dente.
7. Simultaneously cook the sauce. Pour milk into the pan, add flour and cheese shavings.
8. Stir well and add the egg to the milk liquid. Bring sauce to a boil and remove from heat.
9. Select a baking dish and lay out half of the pasta in an even layer.
10. Brush the pasta with white sauce.
11. Place all the minced meat on top, spreading it evenly over the entire area.
12. Lay out the remaining pasta, also in an even layer.
13. Spread the white sauce over the pasta again and sprinkle with the cheese shavings so that the pasta has a beautiful golden color.
14. Cover the food with a lid or cover with cling foil. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the product for half an hour.
15. Serve the finished dish warm after baking. If the pasta remains, reheat it in the microwave the next day.
