Prepare a simple, but very tasty and satisfying dish: Chinese style pork with carrots and cabbage. This kind of meat goes well with rice, vegetable garnish or noodles. But what is there, with ordinary pasta or buckwheat, such meat will also be deliciously tasty! When we cook Chinese meat at home, we do not have to remind the children to keep the plates clean - everything is eaten to the crumb!
By the way, you can also cook not only pork, but also chicken. We tried different types of meat to cook according to this recipe and came to the conclusion that it is pork that makes the dish open up in all its taste. The beef can be a little dry, but when cooking chicken, for the same reason, it is better to take meat from the thighs than chicken fillet. Ingredients:
- Pork - 500 g
- Carrots - 2 pcs.
- Peking cabbage - 100 g
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp l.
- Starch - 2 tbsp. l.
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp l.
- Salt, pepper - to taste

1. Prepare the pork. Wash and dry the meat, remove the diapers and cut into small oblong pieces, the size of half a finger. Prepare the soy sauce, vinegar and starch marinade. Fill them with pieces of meat and let stand for half an hour.

2. Wash and peel the carrots, grate them in long thin strips, like a Korean snack. You can chop the carrots as you like: on a coarse grater or cut them into strips. It seemed to us that such carrot noodles would look more aesthetically pleasing in the dish. We also cut Chinese cabbage into long strips. We need the bottom, white part of the leaf, and you can easily leave the tender top for a light salad.

3. Pour boiling water over chopped carrots, salt and boil for no more than 3 minutes. We drain the water.

4. Pork with marinade, in which it was put in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. We fry from all sides, stirring constantly, trying not to burn the meat: the starch in the sauce can play a cruel joke on you.

5. Remove the almost finished meat aside and fry the carrots for 2-3 minutes. Since the carrots have already passed thermal preparation, it will take very little time for them to reach.

6. Heat the meat with carrots for a couple of minutes and add the cabbage. You don't need to fry it for a long time - about 3 minutes. Add sugar and a little ground pepper to taste - and that's it! The dish is ready.
