I am introducing you to a salad recipe, which has a simple composition of products, an easy cooking process and dietary characteristics, and it is suitable not only for the daily menu, but also for a festive feast. Despite the fact that, thanks to figs, the salad has a slightly sweetish taste, it does not apply to dessert dishes. This light and savory appetizer is paired with cold meats and cheese cuts. The base of the salad is cabbage, and the rest is just additives. Although it is the figs that are the very highlight, thanks to which the salad plays with new colors. It is unexpected, very harmonious, and of course delicious! Although the composition of the salad can vary, adding or excluding components to find an acceptable option for yourself.
It should be noted that this salad has high healing properties. Peking cabbage contains several times more protein and vitamin C than white cabbage. It contains potassium, calcium and iron salts. It is also rich in other healing vitamins. However, the most important distinguishing feature is its specific delicate and pleasant taste.
