  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Salt - 2/3 tsp or to taste

  • Cream - 150 ml
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch

1. Pre-defrost the mushrooms in the refrigerator without using a microwave oven and hot water. Then rinse well under running water and leave in a sieve to drain all excess moisture.

If you are using fresh forest mushrooms, cover with salted water for half an hour and then rinse. For elasticity during cutting and preservation of taste, pour boiling water over them several times or boil them for 5 minutes. If you use artificially grown mushrooms, champignons, then wash them under running water, dry them, cut them and send them to fry in a pan.

2. Peel and wash onions and garlic. Dry with a paper towel and chop into thin strips.

3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add mushrooms. Saute them over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
