If you still have a jar of squash caviar that has not been eaten, and you do not know where to put it, then stew it with minced meat. This is an incredibly tasty dish, somewhat like a bolognese sauce, which is delicious to use with pasta and pasta.

Zucchini caviar is a very healthy snack, especially for people who lack vitamins, minerals and fiber in their diet. It is also indicated for overweight people. This dish can be included in the dietary menu for diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, disorders of the liver and gallbladder. The product stimulates the motility of the alimentary canal and is useful for constipation. It is delicious to eat squash caviar on its own, smearing it on a fresh crust of bread or applying it to a cracker. However, cooked dishes turn out to be no less tasty with it. For example, caviar is added to soup, used in vegetable salads as a dressing, added to minced meat for frying cutlets and pancakes. However, meat dishes stewed in it are no less tasty. Today I propose to cook "a la" bolognese with squash caviar.
Any type of meat is suitable for this dish. If you want to make a less nutritious treat, use chicken, turkey, or veal. And if extra pounds are not scary, then pork, lamb, beef, etc. will do. In addition, the meat can be twisted in a meat grinder, cut into small or large cubes. The method of slicing will, of course, affect the final result of the dish. However, in any case, the food will turn out to be very tasty.

Step by step cooking of minced meat stew with squash caviar:
1. Peel onions with garlic, wash and cut into small cubes. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and add the chopped food. Over medium heat, stirring occasionally, bring vegetables until transparent.
2. In another skillet, fry the minced meat in oil. Cook it over high heat to set a crust to keep it juicy. You can twist the minced meat yourself, or buy a ready-made one.
3. Put the sautéed onion and garlic in a frying pan with meat.
4. Add the squash caviar to the pan, stir and bring to a boil.
5. Then immediately add salt, ground pepper and any spices. I used dried basil, dried parsley and sweet ground paprika.
6. Stir the ingredients, cover the pan and simmer over low heat for about half an hour. Serve the finished meal immediately after cooking in the company with mashed potatoes, boiled rice or pasta.
