  2. Pasta carbonara with pumpkin and sage … First, boil 250 g of pasta in brackish water. At the same time, you need to fry 6 pieces of smoked bacon in vegetable oil. Then add 400 g of diced pumpkin, chopped chive, 1 teaspoon of dried sage and black pepper to taste. Mix all products. In a separate bowl, mix 2 yolks, 2 tablespoons of cream and 30 g of Parmesan cheese. Strain the paste, leaving a little liquid. We spread it to the products in a frying pan, mix and turn off the stove. Pour in the egg-creamy mass and a little water from the pasta, mix. The dish is ready!

Mix everything well, pour in 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. The marinade is ready. Pour the washed and cut meat into them. We put in the cold for 2 hours.

Homemade meatballs with sage in tomato sauce … First, prepare the sauce in this way: fry 1 chopped onion in vegetable oil for 5 minutes, add 2 chopped garlic cloves and continue the frying process for another 30 seconds. Grind 400 g of canned tomatoes (it is better to take in your own juice) and pour this mass into a frying pan, add also 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and 1 teaspoon of sugar. You can add 1 bouquet of garni. We prepare this seasoning as follows: take lavrushka, a sprig of fresh or slightly dry parsley, the same amount of thyme, 5 black peppercorns and tie it in a small knot of gauze. We take out the garni bouquet from the dishes after boiling the food. Cook for 15 minutes until thickened, then you need to dilute this mass with water (150 g). We make minced meat in this way: first we wash 500 g of meat and cut into pieces; then we pass it through a meat grinder, add 1 egg, 50 g of bread crumbs, 0.5 teaspoon of dried sage, salt and pepper to taste. We form small meatballs and fry them well. Then we boil them for another 30 minutes in the sauce. Bon Appetit!
  6. Pilaf with mussels and sage … Fry 0.5 onions in vegetable oil. Add 0.5 carrots, cut into strips, and fry for 5 minutes. Put 250 g of frozen mussels in a frying pan, simmer for 5 minutes (during this time they will defrost). Pour in 50 g of dry white wine, simmer until the alcohol evaporates, salt, pepper, season with 1 teaspoon of dried sage, mix everything well and remove from heat. In another frying pan, fry another 0.5 onions, the same amount of carrots and 2 cloves of garlic, of course, chopped. Pour in 300 g of washed rice and cook with vegetables for about 20 minutes. Add the already cooked mussels, pour in 50 g of orange juice and simmer for 5-10 minutes (if necessary, you can add a little water). For the best taste, you can leave the dish to infuse by covering it with a towel.
