This is one of the most popular dishes in Bulgaria, which is scrambled eggs or omelet, with sweet peppers, tomatoes and feta cheese. Regular foods, an uncomplicated recipe, and a simple omelet turn into a flamboyant treat. This is a very tasty and satisfying dish, which is most often served for lunch with slices of bread toasted in a toaster or grilled.

In the original version, the pepper is used pre-baked and peeled. In Bulgarian cuisine, it is baked in a special chushkopek oven. In our country, there is no chushkopeka, so basically pepper for mish-mash is not baked, but simply stewed with tomatoes in a pan. Tomatoes and peppers in the summer, take seasonal sweet and aromatic, and in the winter, greenhouse or frozen are suitable.   • Eggs - 2 pcs.
