- Pollock - 1 pc.
- Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sweet bell pepper - 1 pc.
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Cilantro - 2-3 branches
- Basil - 1-2 branches
- Hard cheese - 150 g
Step by step cooking pollock fillets in the oven with peppers and tomatoes, recipe with photo:
1. Basically, sea fish for sale come frozen. Therefore, defrost pollock naturally without using a microwave and hot water. Then peel off the skin, it peels off easily. Remove the ridge by detaching it from the fillet. Wash the fish meat, dry with a paper towel, cut into pieces and put on a baking sheet.
2. Brush pollock fillet with soy sauce and mustard. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. Grate the cheese and place on the fillet.

8. Grind the tomatoes with grated cheese.
