- Meat (any sort) - 300 g
- Bay leaf - 2 pcs.

- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Greens (any) - bunch

How to make a low-carb soup with cauliflower, bell peppers and tomatoes step by step, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the selected type of meat, remove the film and fat. Then cut into medium sized pieces. If your goal is to lose weight, then it is better to cook the soup in vegetable or chicken broth. If you just want to keep your figure in shape, then use a lean piece of pork or beef. The recipe uses pork.
2. Place the sliced meat in a saucepan.
3. Fill it with drinking water and boil.
