In this review, we will cook porridge in water. But if you wish, you can cook it in milk. Buy instant oatmeal, it will be enough to pour boiling water over it and wait a short amount of time. If your cereal is not instant, then boil them for 10-15 minutes. - Instant oatmeal - 100 g
- Banana - 1 pc.
- Honey - 1 tsp
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp
- Water - 200 ml
Step by step cooking oatmeal in water with a banana:
1. Pour the oatmeal into a bowl.
2. Boil drinking water and add oatmeal. Close it with a lid and leave for 10 minutes for the flakes to swell. They should be saturated with water and increase in volume.
3. Peel the banana, cut into slices and place in a bowl. Take a fork and remember it until it becomes a homogeneous gruel. Although, if you wish, you can not do this, but add it in a chopped form to the finished porridge.
