Step-by-step preparation of pizza from puff yeast dough with pickled mushrooms, shrimps, tomatoes and cheese, recipe with photo:
1. Pour the shrimp with drinking water at room temperature. Since the recipe uses cooked frozen shrimp, you do not need to reboot them. It is enough just to fill it with water so that they melt.
2. Peel the thawed shrimp from the shell and cut off the head.
3. Put the pickled mushrooms in a sieve and leave to drain all the brine. Cut large individuals into smaller pieces, and leave small ones intact.
4. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat. Send mushrooms into it and turn on medium heat. Fry the mushrooms until light golden brown.
5. Remove the dough from the freezer and leave to defrost at room temperature. Do not use a microwave to defrost it. At a temperature of +23 degrees, it will defrost in one hour.
Then roll out the dough into a thin rectangular or square layer about 5 mm thick. Although the thickness of the base can be anything, roll out the dough as you like. Put the finished dough on a baking sheet.
6. Grease the dough liberally with ketchup.
7. Place the fried mushrooms on top of the dough.
8. Add shrimp to them.
9. Tomatoes are firm, but ripe, wash, dry with a towel and cut into thin rings. Do not take very soft tomatoes, otherwise they will let juice when cutting.
Place the tomatoes on top of the dough with the entire filling.
10. Leaves of cilantro or parsley, or both herbs, wash, dry and spread over the entire filling. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle all the products.
11. Send pizza from puff yeast dough with pickled mushrooms, shrimps, tomatoes and cheese to a preheated oven to 180 degrees for half an hour. When the dough is browned and the cheese is melted, remove the pastries from the oven and serve.
