The omelet never gets boring, because there are a lot of his recipes. His recipes differ in the composition of the products and in the methods of preparation. It is very easy to make a Turkish omelette. To do this, mix the protein with the yolk and place finely chopped products in the egg mass. The mixture is poured into a hot pan and fried until tender. This is exactly how omelette is made to tourists in Turkish hotels for breakfast. This method of cooking is much easier than first frying the additives in a pan, and then pouring the egg mass.
In this case, the composition of the filling can constantly change, depending on what is in the refrigerator. These can be pieces of vegetables, mushrooms, seafood, sausages, cheese, boiled meat, fish, herbs, etc. Eggs can be mixed independently, or you can add milk, kefir, yogurt, sour cream, katyk, cream, broth or plain water to them. Sometimes flour is poured into the mass, it gives a denser consistency. In this recipe, I use sausages, tomatoes and cheese. These are the most common products used to make omelettes. But if you wish, you can add or modify the set of ingredients to your liking.

1. Remove the wrapping film from the sausages and cut into small cubes, about 1 cm each.

6. Place the sliced sausage in the egg mass.
