This food has become so popular all over the world that it was cooked in all countries. Today we will cook a Turkish omelet with sour cream with sausage, tomatoes, cheese and herbs.

This is not only a delicious, but also a healthy breakfast that will provide the body with protein and other useful substances. The national Turkish food is prepared quickly, from simple and affordable ingredients. Any products are used as a filling: potatoes, cheese, fish, chicken, ham, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, etc. An omelet is served as a main course, but sometimes it can be a side dish or appetizer. Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Salt - pinch or to taste
- Tomatoes - 1 pc. small size
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Greens - a few twigs
- Cheese - 100 g
- Sour cream - 1 tablespoon
- Sausage - 100 g
Step by step cooking Turkish omelet with sour cream with sausage, tomatoes, cheese and herbs, recipe with photo:
1. Pour the contents of two eggs into a deep container and add a pinch of salt.
2. Add sour cream to the eggs.
3. Mix eggs with sour cream with a fork until smooth.
4. Cut the sausage and cheese into equal cubes. Wash greens and tomatoes and pat dry with a towel. Finely chop the greens, and cut the tomatoes into medium slices. Take tomatoes that are dense, firm and not very watery.
5. In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil and pour the egg mass. Twirl it to spread over the entire area, and place the pan on the stove, turning on medium heat.
6. After 1-2 minutes, when the omelet is slightly fried from the bottom, put the sausage on one half of it.
7. Add greens after the sausage.
8. Place the tomatoes next.
9. Sprinkle everything with cheese and tuck the free edge of the omelet. Screw the temperature down to the minimum setting and cook the dish under the lid for 2-3 minutes, so that the filling bakes, and the cheese melts and combines all the products with each other. Serve the cooked Turkish omelet with sour cream with sausage, tomatoes, cheese and herbs immediately after cooking.
