Ingredients:
- Doctor's or milk sausage - 100 g
- Tomatoes - 0, 5 pcs.
- Salt - a large pinch
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Cheese - 50 g
- Sweet pepper - 0.5 pcs.
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
Step by step preparation of an omelet with pepper, tomatoes, sausage and cheese, recipe with photo:
1. Prepare all foods. Grate the cheese on a medium or coarse grater. Cut the sausage into pieces. Wash the tomato and pepper and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the tomatoes into large slices, and peel the peppers from the seeds with partitions and cut into strips.
2. Pour the contents of the eggs into a small, deep container. Season with salt and a pinch of pepper. Stir with a whisk to get a homogeneous mass.
3. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat well. Add bell peppers and sauté over medium heat until light golden brown.
4. Add the sausage to the skillet and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
5. Send the tomatoes to the pan, season with salt and stir.
6. Pour the beaten eggs over the food immediately.
7. Sprinkle the omelet with peppers, tomatoes and sausage with grated cheese. Screw the temperature to medium, cover the pan and simmer the omelet for 5 minutes until the eggs coagulate. Serve the dish after cooking. You can eat the omelet straight out of the skillet. It will keep food warm for a longer time.
