Ingredients:
- Pork ribs - 800 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Soy sauce - 30 ml
- Refined vegetable oil - for frying
- Ground nutmeg - 1 tsp without slide
- Salt - 2/3 tsp taste
- Ground black pepper - two pinches or to taste
Cooking fried ribs in soy sauce
1. Peel pork ribs from films. If you want, if you do not want to eat too fatty foods, cut the fat. Rinse the meat under running water and dry it dry with a paper towel to prevent splashes during frying.
2. Peel the onion and garlic, wash and chop: onion - a quarter into rings, garlic - into rings.
3. Place the pan on the stove, pour in refined vegetable oil and heat well. When the oil begins to smoke, send the meat to fry. Set the heat to high so that the ribs are golden brown, which will keep all the juice in them.
4. After adding the onion and garlic, reduce the temperature to medium and continue to fry the dish for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Season the ribs with salt, pepper, nutmeg and add the soy sauce. Mix everything well, reduce heat, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
