Many people start their day with a plate of oatmeal seasoned with fruits, honey, nuts - this is a quick, tasty and very energetic breakfast. Our recipe will help you to take a fresh look at oatmeal, because we will cook it in a jar! Suddenly? - Yes! Tasty? - Undoubtedly!
Lazy oatmeal is cooked without your mediocre participation - overnight in the refrigerator. It can be taken as a snack for work, school or a long walk. For her, you will need medium or finely ground flakes (not instant cooking), kefir, walnuts and any fruits. We chose apples, but you can choose seasonal fruits or berries to your liking. You can use any dried fruits, nuts, seeds. Sweeten the lazy oatmeal with honey. If there is no honey in the house, you can replace it with jam or, at worst, sugar. In short, there is plenty of room for experimentation! Try to cook lazy oatmeal in a jar with apples with us and you are just guaranteed a burst of energy!

- Oatmeal - 5-6 tbsp. l.
- Kefir - 1 glass
- Honey - 1-2 tsp.
- Apples - 1 pc.
- Walnuts - 5-7 pcs.
- Ground cinnamon - on the tip of a knife
- Coconut flakes - 1-2 tsp.
Step by step cooking with a photo of lazy oatmeal in a jar of apples
1. To prepare lazy oatmeal, we need a small jar, for example, from chocolate paste or baby food - it all depends on your appetite. Pour a little kefir at the bottom of the jar. We took kefir of medium fat content, 2.5%. For a dietary option, take kefir with a minimum percentage of fat.
2. Add 1-2 tablespoons of oatmeal. If your cereal is fairly large, you can grind it a little in a blender bowl. In this form, they will be saturated faster.
3. We wanted a little tropical flavor, so we added a teaspoon of coconut. This completes the first layer.
4. We repeat again. Pour some kefir, pour oatmeal on top of it. This time we'll season the flakes with chopped nuts and liquid honey. This is the second layer.
5. And again pour kefir, pour a spoon or two of flakes. Put finely chopped apples on top, sprinkle with cinnamon.
6. We finish everything with a layer of kefir.
7. Now that all the layers of lazy oatmeal are collected, you can send it to the refrigerator until morning or leave it for at least a couple of hours so that the cereal is soaked.
