How to cook lazy oatmeal in a jar
1. Pick up a clean glass jar of the required volume (usually jars of about 300 ml) and pour oatmeal into it.
2. Place bran on top, which you can use of any kind. For example, in a company with oat flakes, oat bran will go well. However, they can also be of other types: wheat, flax, buckwheat, rye, etc.
3. Then add honey to the food. If bee products cause allergies, then honey can be replaced with sugar, preferably brown, because it is more useful.
4. Pour the products with warm boiled water. Then breakfast will be dietary. But you can also use kefir, yogurt, milk, juices and any other liquids to taste. For a more dietary meal, use low-fat foods.
5. Close the container with a lid and shake well to stir the food. Leave the mixture in a cool place overnight, such as in the refrigerator. The oatmeal should infuse, swell and turn into a delicate and aromatic delicacy.
6. Before use, wash the strawberries and remove the tails. Cut the berries into 2-4 pieces, depending on the original size and place in a jar. Close the lid again and shake to distribute the strawberries throughout the mass.
7. The oatmeal is ready. You can use it or take it with you on the road.
