At first glance, it seems that cottage cheese and corn are not very compatible in taste, but practice has shown that this is not so. The casserole tastes excellent, it tastes good both right out of the oven and after cooling down. How can you not like such a casserole with a crispy crust, cheese taste?

Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Corn - 1 can
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- Greens
- Hard cheese - 50 g
- Flour - 2 tbsp. l.
- Kefir or sour cream - 2-3 tbsp. l.
- Baking powder - 1/3 tsp.
- Salt and pepper
- Mushrooms (optional)
Step-by-step cooking of savory curd casserole with corn and bell peppers
Before you start preparing the determinant, do you need additional sour cream or kefir. If the curd is moist and fat enough, do not add anything else. Mash the curd with a fork, add corn and eggs to it.
Stir the mass. Chop the bell peppers and herbs and add to the curd mass.
Three cheese on a fine grater and add to a bowl.
Mix the flour with baking powder and stir into the mass. We try it for salt. We bring it to the taste you need.
Put the mass into a baking dish. We do not need to lubricate the latter.
Decorate the casserole with toasted mushrooms. You can skip this step, but the dish looks more elegant with them.
We bake the dish in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes. During this time, the casserole should rise slightly and brown.
Ready-made cottage cheese casserole can be served immediately.
