Buckwheat is one of the healthiest cereals, which should be included in the menu several times a week. Athletes love buckwheat for its protein content and low calorie content. But ordinary mortals, not burdened with the issue of proper nutrition, love buckwheat, for its taste. Therefore, today we propose to cook buckwheat with meat in a slow cooker. Meat can be taken from chicken, beef or pork. Just keep in mind that chicken breast with buckwheat, even with this preparation, will be dry, but this is not for everybody. We advise you to take thighs instead of the breast and cut the meat off them. It will turn out to be no less tasty and juicier. Better yet, take pork. They are the ones who have proven themselves best in this dish.

Ingredients:
- Pork - 400 g
- Buckwheat - 1, 5 tbsp.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp l.
- Water - 3 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.

To prepare the dish, immediately cut the onion into half rings. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater or cut into thin strips. Freeze the pork and cut into cubes. If you have a well-sharpened knife, then there will be no problems with cutting. Put all the food in the multicooker bowl and add some vegetable oil.
On the multicooker panel, select the "Fry" mode. Time 10 minutes. Fry vegetables and meat during this time, remember to stir the food.
Add tomato paste and mix.
Sort buckwheat before cooking from debris and dark kernels. Rinse it off in several waters. After that, add buckwheat to the multicooker bowl. Do not forget to salt and pepper the porridge to taste.
We add water. On the panel, select the "Porridge" mode and close the lid. Do not open the multicooker until the end of the program. After the beep, open, mix and transfer to another dish to free the multicooker.
