Ingredients:
- Meat (any sort) - 400 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Spices and spices to taste
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
- Pumpkin - 200 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
Step by step cooking pumpkin meatballs with minced meat, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the meat and dry it with a paper towel. Pass it through a medium wire grinder. You can still grind it with a food processor. You can also buy ready-made minced meat.
2. Peel the pumpkin, cut the fibers and remove the seeds. Pass it through a meat grinder. In the recipe, it is used raw. This will make the meatballs juicier.
3. Peel the onions, wash and also pass through the meat grinder auger.
4. Add eggs, salt, ground pepper to the minced meat and squeeze the garlic through a press. Also add any flavorings. For example, mustard, dried parsley, basil, and hop-suneli seasoning.
5. Mix the minced meat well until smooth. Do this process with your hands, passing the minced meat through your fingers.
6. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Form into oval patties and place in the skillet. Turn on medium temperature heating.
