And you also need mayonnaise or sour cream. Although everyone claims that mayonnaise cannot be heated, it may be so, but it still tastes better with it.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 1 kg
  • Frozen green peas - 100 g
  • Onions - 2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise 100-150 g
  • Green onions - 50 g
  • Italian herbs - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Peel the potatoes and cut them into 4 pieces. If you have young potatoes, wash them well with a brush. Peel and cut the onion into 4 parts, and cut each part into strips.
