Puff pastry sheets with olives and loose Feta cheese are an excellent and delicious snack for your festive table! This appetizer is reminiscent of Greek salad in its composition, as it also has: fresh tomatoes, chopped with washers - olives, feta cheese and finely chopped red onions.

Ingredients:
- Basil - 12 small leaves
- Onion - 1 small red onion
- Feta cheese - 20 g
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Pitted black olives - 4-6 pcs.
- Cherry tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- Salt
- Cooked puff pastry squares (can be replaced with salted crackers)

Wash the red onion and cut it in half, remove the hard center and cut the remaining half into thin slices. 2. Wash and dry the tomatoes, then cut them into quarters. 3. Slice the olives into small rings.

We chop the Feta cheese with our hands and put it aside. 5-6. We lay out our puff pastry squares (12 pieces) and gently put onions and tomato quarters on them with a teaspoon.

We do the same with olives. Then sprinkle with cheese. 7. A pinch of salt and pour with olive oil. 8. We complete the culinary work by decorating with basil leaves.
