Ingredients:
- Carrots - 0.5 kg
- Garlic - 5-6 cloves
- Sunflower oil - 2-3 tablespoons
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Ground coriander (or ready-made seasoning for Korean carrots) - 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt, sugar, black pepper, red pepper - to taste
Cooking carrots in Korean:
1. Peel the carrots, rinse thoroughly. Then you need to grate the vegetables on a special Korean-style carrot grater, which cuts them into long thin strips.
2. Peel the garlic and pass through a press. You can finely chop it with a knife or grate it on a fine grater.
3. Heat the sunflower oil, but do not boil it. Mix carrots with garlic, pour in warm oil and vinegar. Add salt, sugar and spices. Mix well. The salad should be spicy, but you can make your own taste. Bon Appetit!
