Today we will cook delicious pancakes with milk. Who doesn't love them? Everyone, probably, an amateur will enjoy this simple and very tasty baked with tea, adding honey, condensed milk or jam to pancakes, or just while they are still hot, a piece of butter and sugar.

Ingredients:

  • Milk - 0.5 l
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Flour - 2-2.5 cups
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil - 2-3 tablespoons
  • Salt - a pinch

Method for making pancakes with milk:

1. Pour half a liter of cow's milk into a deep bowl, then beat in 2 eggs, add sugar and salt. After that, stir everything thoroughly with a whisk until smooth. 2. In order for the dough to turn out tender, you need to add flour in portions, then stir after each portion with a whisk. 3. When our dough has turned out, like a slightly thick sour cream, add 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, mix and let stand for 10-15 minutes.

4. Put a frying pan (preferably cast iron) on the stove and heat it well. Pour in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (you can grease with lard) and then you can pour a thin layer of pancake dough with a ladle. 5. As your pancake, or rather its edges, will begin to change their color to yellow, dry out - we pry it with a spatula and turn it over to the other side by hand. Put the baked pancake on a flat plate. Optionally, you can grease it with butter (or rather, you need it).

To make pancakes with holes and not swell in the pan, you can put a little soda.

Pancakes can be served on the table with either sweet or not sweet filling (caviar, salmon, fried mushrooms, chicken or vegetables). There is already everything to your taste and color.
