More than once this happens: "I want something, I don't know what." In such cases, I prepare the Apple Happiness dessert. A simple recipe for baked apples with raisins and cocoa in the form of a pie.

Ingredients:
- Apples - 3-4 pieces (depending on size)
- Raisins - 1 handful
- Butter - 60 grams
- Flour - 100 grams
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cocoa - 1 tablespoon
Cocoa apple dessert
1. Peel the apples, remove the middle and cut into cubes. Add raisins, 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon. We mix everything. By the way, if you like dried fruits (dried apricots, prunes and others), then they can also be added, you just need to chop finely. 2. Grind flour and butter. You should get an oil crumb. 3. Put the apples on the bottom in a silicone mold, and sprinkle everything with butter crumbs on top. We bake for about fifteen minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.
4. While the dessert is baking, prepare the sauce. You can actually just melt a chocolate bar, but I prefer to cook it myself. Therefore, we mix 2 tablespoons of sugar (tablespoons), cocoa and sour cream, and then put in a water bath. The sauce is done when the sugar is completely dissolved. 5. Turn the finished dessert onto a dish (the crumb will turn out from below, and the apples on top) and pour over the sauce. It is better to eat dessert while it is still warm.
