Step by step cooking okroshka with sausage in broth with sour cream, recipe with photo:
1. Boil the potatoes in their uniforms, cool, peel and finely chop.
2. Dip the eggs in a saucepan with cold water, boil and boil hard boiled for 8 minutes. Then cool, peel and cut into cubes.
