You should eat a lot of soup every day for a week. To prepare this dish you will need:

  • About 200 g of celery
  • 500 g green beans
  • 500 g carrots
  • 6 onions
  • 800 g beef
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • Medium cabbage
  • 800 g tomatoes
  • 1, 3 l tomato juice
  • Bunch of parsley

Boil a piece of lean beef in water to make a broth. For the diet, only the liquid part of the broth is used; beef can be consumed only a few times a week. In parallel, it is necessary to peel and rinse the celery root under running water, cut it into strips. Do the same with carrots. Peel the green peppers and cut them, like onions, into cubes. The cabbage forks should be finely chopped.

Place all chopped vegetables in a saucepan and cover with broth. Let the soup boil, reduce the gas a little and cook for another 6 minutes, then add the beans, parsley, finely grated tomatoes and tomato juice. The soup will be ready in half an hour. The soup can be mashed using a blender. You cannot use thickeners and various additives for a better taste such as flour, cream, etc.

If you've never tasted celery root, it's best to boil half or a quarter of the soup first. Smell the cooked dish and listen to your feelings.
