Step-by-step preparation of wild garlic salad, meat and cheese
1. Place wild garlic leaves in a sieve and rinse under running water, then dry with a paper towel. Cut the long tails, and cut or tear the leaves with your hands.
2. Cut the smoked meat and processed cheese into strips or cubes and add to the wild garlic. Cut the food to the same size to make it look nice on the platter. To make the processed cheese easier to cut, pre-hold it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
3. In a small bowl, combine the provisions for the sauce: vegetable oil, soy sauce and mustard. Stir the dressing to distribute the ingredients evenly. Instead of vegetable oil, you can use olive oil, and take the mustard in grains.
